I'm a bit obsessed with the future and present and past of food culture.
I have a strange fascination for texture. 
I love just about any pastry (especially Oreos, Dominique's kouign amann, mohnzelten, rasamalai, and kartoshka), my existentialism is much better around cats, and I will probably talk to you for hours if you tell me about your favorite food.
I studied bioengineering + design at MIT, worked in food science + marketing at a plant-based meat startup while moonlighting at a kaiseki counter, on organic farms, and in specialty matcha, and thought a lot about what it takes to for someone to eat something, somewhere. 
Looking to do more food photojournalism and creative editorial.
