I'm a Texan who studied bioengineering + design at MIT.
I worked in food science + marketing at a plant-based meat startup while moonlighting at a kaiseki counter.
I left to work on organic farms, serve specialty matcha in Brooklyn, and freelancedly explore what it takes to for someone to care enough to eat something. Currently pursuing Food Studies at NYU.
