Designing logic for and modelling mammalian gene circuitry that can only "unlock"  desired protein production with a pre-programmed "passcode" of inputs. Combined with a cell self-destruct feature if the wrong passcode is given. Developed alongside Venkatesh Sivaraman and Jessica Sun in Ron Weiss' synthetic biology circuit engineering class, 20.129, in Spring 2020.
